Yes, it certainly does look like there's a plan that's been implemented over decades, maybe longer, regardless of who's pretending to captain the ship.
I'd be interested in your perspective on how we go about jumping ship.
Wow- you spelled it all out so clearly! This is such an excellent breakdown of the chaos we have been experiencing these last months. Waiting for part 2. Thank you!
If you follow Brian Berletic, he makes a compelling argument that there is a continuity of policy across administrations, regardless of window dressing.
PS Cynthia, if you see Alex Krainer in Calgary this weekend (may 10-11), please share your thoughts with him, as I've heard him repeatedly contend that Trump's tariffs are brilliant and reminiscent of what McKinley tried to do, and will bring back expanded domestic industries and prosperity for all Americans. Otherwise i find him very astute, but with blinders on this issue.
Cynthia consistently writes impressive material in a way that takes a complicated issue and makes it understandable and easy to follow. That's genius at work.
Not disagreeing with any of the reflections you have here, Cynthia. I don't know what direction our administration is taking us. But I think you might find this collection of economic-related achievements/plans interesting: https://brianlantz.substack.com/p/what-we-produce-not-what-we-buy and also Vance's speech on Thursday at Nucor Steel in South Carolina where he references Alexander Hamilton and Henry Clay here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRZysUy1hdI Small hints of hope?
Part 3 is now published, apologies for the delay. The title is "The Difference Between William McKinley’s American System School of Protective Tariffs and Today" and you can read it here: https://cynthiachung.substack.com/p/the-difference-between-william-mckinleys
Thank you for this great report especially about bessant . Waiting for the next report ❤️
Excellent, thanks!

That will be coming in Part III of this series. :)
We the People haven't been the priority for a very long time now.
👏👏👏

Thank you Cynthia! Looking forward to the next installments.
Communist GARBAGE.
How is this communist garbage Paul? Are you saying that anyone who criticises Wall Street is now a communist?!?
MAGA needs to get their heads out of their asses.

Found him. Thank you 😊
Honestly don’t the rich have the ability to benefit from most anything? They have the resources to make changes and adapt.
And to decide what is going to be allowed to happen and when, so that they will always profit from change.
Πάλι καλά που τα πειράματα συμβαίνουν σε αυτούς που θέλουν να κάνουν πειράματα στον κόσμο.!!

How does waste (of federal funding) "go directly into billionaires' pockets"?
When the long history and twisted 'logic' of 'gods'' ''Chosen Destroyers'' is revealed, the psycho-narcissism becomes evermore clear: https://www.unz.com/book/douglas_reed__the-controversy-of-zion/

Agreed on the simplicity of genius. Awesome analysis.
I'd love to agree 100% but ..... what is the alternative to the dollar at this point?
Hence, it's Trumps' way or the highway.
