Great points, though I think fossil fuel constitute the blood of our planet and we should not suck it up from where it is.
Hydrogen is the power and the past and future which they try to hide.
Helium is a psyop , it also burns and is far less efficient than hydrogen.
Remember, we used to have flying ships and electric cars “in the 20s”.
About rain making and cloud bursting, it is also old, as they were doing it till the fifties.
Search for “Wilhelm Reich” and his “cloud buster”.
The system does not even need electricity.
