Lovely, all new for me but many home truths in the stories in the day of old. These days so much of of entertainment is violence and titilation with no moral or value.
Small world comes to mind in the conclusion to “Nathan the Wise”. Plenty of deep meaning as well when it comes to religious disputes, to put it mildly. Maybe the simplest most practical solutions are the necessity of life for everyone. Beautiful piece, looking forward to the next installment. Thanks and God Bless!!!
Lessing's portrayal notwithstanding, Saladin's campaign against Christians, and his extermination of the Templars in particular, have been largely instigated by his personal physician and close advisor, the éminence grise Moses Maimonides. "Personal friendship with Nathan", indeed.

Wonderful Presentation, and so pertinent to our times of fabricated division of religions and cultures! Thank you Cynthia!
My Gosh! That was a very good read. Thanks Cynthia.
So much to unpack here. I was reminded of the man who demonstrably hated religion more than any man who has ever lived. That man was Jesus Christ.
