This gain of function stuff just promotes the pandemic propaganda that the WHO is using to push to override national sovereignty. It's odd that Russia and China are cool with the current WHO power grab, when we know that the WHO is mostly funded by Western nations and corporate NGO interests (gavi and Bill and Melinda gates foundation).
